Seed variety
Rosy – Rosmarinus officinalis
Rosemary is Salvia rosmarinus, formerly Rosmarinus officinalis. This evergreen Mediterranean shrub has aromatic, narrow leaves with a pale underside and small two-lipped flowers. Its woody, persistent framework distinguishes it from annual herbs. Sunny conditions and freely draining soil suit it better than prolonged wetness; germination from seed can be slow.
