Browsing and the enquiry basket

The website provides catalogue pages without visitor analytics or advertising trackers. It does not embed external fonts or social media widgets.

When you use the enquiry basket, this browser stores your selected items, quantities and units locally. The basket does not store the contact details entered in the form. Your selection remains until you remove it, clear browser data or successfully submit it. This storage supports the basket you requested; it is not used for advertising.

Sending an enquiry

The form sends your name, business name, email address, destination country and selected items to us by email. Telephone number, city or postal code and additional requirements are included if you provide them. We use these details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Required fields are marked in the form; without them the form cannot be submitted. You may contact us directly by email instead.

Legal bases

Enquiries made on your own behalf are processed to take steps before a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business representatives, Article 6(1)(f) applies: our interest is handling business correspondence. Website security also relies on Article 6(1)(f). Where records must be retained by law, Article 6(1)(c) applies.

Necessary basket storage is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. The form confirmation records your acknowledgement of the enquiry process; it is not consent to marketing.

Website security

The enquiry service uses the connection IP address to limit repeated submissions. It also keeps an enquiry reference, a digest of the submission and delivery status to reduce duplicate messages. These checks are separate from the enquiry email. The configured hosting service may process connection and access data to deliver and protect the website.

Service providers and retention

Hosting and email services process data needed to deliver the website and enquiry messages. The provider identities, processing locations, deletion periods and any safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area will be added here once the services are configured.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable retention obligations and legal claims. The final retention schedule must be confirmed before launch.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or data portability. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation where processing relies on legitimate interests. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. We do not use your enquiry for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
