No. We review your selection before making a quotation. No payment is taken through this website.
Do I need an account?
No. Select items in the catalogue and provide your business contact details when you send the enquiry.
Can I change quantities?
Yes. You can edit quantities or remove items in the basket. Available pack sizes are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I ask about an unlisted variety?
Yes. Email the botanical name or variety name, quantity and destination.
Where are prices shown?
Listed prices and quantity tiers appear on variety pages, species lists and quick enquiry pages. Final prices and shipping charges are confirmed in the quotation.
Is my basket saved?
The selection is stored in this browser until you remove it, clear browser data or successfully submit it. Contact details are not saved in the basket.
What if the form cannot send?
Your selection remains in the basket. Follow the displayed message. If delivery could not be confirmed, contact us with the enquiry reference before sending again.
