Rosemary is Salvia rosmarinus, formerly Rosmarinus officinalis. This evergreen Mediterranean shrub has aromatic, narrow leaves with a pale underside and small two-lipped flowers.
Botanical characteristics
Its woody, persistent framework distinguishes it from annual herbs. Sunny conditions and freely draining soil suit it better than prolonged wetness; germination from seed can be slow.

Rosemary and Rosy are separate entries in the bulk seed list. Select by the full article reference: the species name alone does not specify a compact habit or a particular flower colour.
