Blue Ball – Ageratum mexicanum

Ageratum mexicanum is a historical name associated with Ageratum houstonianum, a frost-tender annual. Its fluffy flower heads consist of many small tubular florets rather than the broad outer rays of a typical daisy. Garden selections vary in height and flower colour, with compact forms familiar in edging assortments.
