Hyssopus officinalis

Hyssop is a short-lived perennial or small subshrub with narrow, aromatic dark green leaves. Its blue-purple, two-lipped flowers grow along upright spikes and attract bees and butterflies. It grows in sun or partial shade and needs well-drained soil. Established plants tolerate dry conditions.
