Runner beans mixed – Phaseolus coccineus

Phaseolus coccineus is a vigorous climbing bean whose twining stems need support. It can persist as a perennial in frost-free conditions, but is commonly used as a seasonal annual where frost ends growth. Red flowers contribute ornamental interest alongside the bean pods. The word mixed identifies an assortment rather than a specified single-colour strain.
