Tansy – Tanacetum vulgare

Tanacetum vulgare is a rhizomatous perennial with finely divided, fern-like leaves. Its golden-yellow button heads sit in clusters above the foliage. Both underground rhizomes and seed contribute to its spread, so its perennial habit involves more than the survival of a single flowering stem.
