Slowbolt (longstanding) – Coriandrum sativum

Slowbolt is a broad-leaved Coriandrum sativum selection described in independent seed catalogues as slow to bolt, extending the period in which aromatic leaves can be collected before flowering. It also forms the dry schizocarps traded as coriander seed. The organic entry denotes production status rather than a different selection. Timing and batch performance remain dependent on conditions and the supplied lot.
