Gewone snij 3 ORGANIC – Petroselinum crispum

Petroselinum crispum is a biennial in the Apiaceae, usually grown for its leaves during the first year. Curly and flat-leaved parsley belong to the same species. In the second year, taller stems bear greenish-yellow flower umbels, so leaf form and life-cycle stage describe different characteristics.
