Nepeta racemosa – Blue

The following description concerns Nepeta racemosa generally. Nepeta mussinii is a synonym of Nepeta racemosa, a perennial in Lamiaceae. Catmints include both species and garden hybrids, so their propagation characteristics are not interchangeable. A seed reference for this species differs from sterile Nepeta × faassenii hybrids. Sun and drainage are useful genus-level context for the range.
