Snowflake – Gypsophila paniculata

Gypsophila paniculata is a perennial with finely branching stems and numerous small flowers. The open panicles create a light outline rather than a solid flower head. Its substantial root system is best left undisturbed once established. A sunny position and drainage are more suitable than persistently wet soil.
