Early Gold – Coreopsis grandiflora

Coreopsis grandiflora is a clump-forming perennial with showy yellow flower heads. Individual plants can be relatively short-lived, while self-seeding can maintain their presence. Removing spent flower heads can prolong flowering. This distinction between the life of one plant and the persistence of seedlings adds useful context to a perennial seed assortment.
