plumosus nanus – Asparagus setaceus

Asparagus setaceus is an accepted scrambling perennial in the Asparagaceae, not a true fern. Its fine, leaf-like cladodes create the feathery appearance, while the actual leaves are reduced. This botanical distinction helps place the plumosus nanus trade entry correctly.
