Extra dwarf yellow – Coreopsis tinctoria

Coreopsis tinctoria is an annual daisy relative with finely divided foliage and flower heads that commonly combine yellow rays with a dark centre. It tolerates heat and relatively dry conditions but needs good drainage. Removing faded heads can extend flowering while reducing self-seeding.
