Color Fountain mixture – Cleome houtteana

Cleome hassleriana is treated as Cleome houtteana. This annual has terminal flower clusters with long projecting stamens, producing the spider-like outline behind its common name. Its upright stature makes it a different seed subject from low edging annuals. Sun and well-drained soil suit it.
