Red Flash – Atriplex hortensis

The following description concerns Atriplex hortensis generally. Atriplex hortensis is an annual in the Amaranthaceae with erect stems and broad, triangular leaves. Garden orach selections include green, yellow and red-purple foliage forms. Red Flash suggests a red-leaved selection, but shade, uniformity, maturity and dimensions need cultivar-specific documentation.
