Pygmy Torch – Amaranthus hypochondriacus

Amaranthus hypochondriacus is an annual amaranth with upright, plume-like flower clusters. Many small flowers combine to create the dense ornamental display. Green Thumb has purple foliage and erect yellow-green plumes. This is an ornamental seed entry rather than a description of grain characteristics.
